Stowford Manor Farm
Ours is a small family run camp site with the River Frome on one side, next to the medieval buildings of Stowford Farm. The river is suitable for fishing, boating, swimming and paddling. Historic Bradford-on-Avon is only a 5 minute drive and the City of Bath 15 minutes. For those who enjoy more rural pleasures, 200 metres from the campsite Farleigh Hungerford boasts the only river swimming club in the country, and you can become an instant member for a very small fee!
The camp site is open from Easter to the end of October. Facilities include toilets, a recently renovated stable block containing showers, sinks, washing-up facilities with free hot water.The showers take 50p pieces. We have electric hookups and a waste disposal point. We welcome touring caravans, tents or -motor-homes. PLEASE ARRIVE AFTER 2PM AND DEPART BY 12 NOON

The site is linked to Clubwifi, and cards can be bought from us for various amounts of money depending on the length of your stay. Alternatively you can access yourself by purchasing time online
We have free range Gloucester Old Spot pigs. Homemade sausages and bacon can be bought from the farmhouse to enjoy on your BBQ
During school holiday periods, change over days are on Mondays and Fridays! Minimum of 3 night weekends
Fires and bbq's are allowed off the ground, in order to preserve the grass. Fire bowls can be hired for £10, and we sell bags of logs
We have some workshop providers on the farm who have put on special workshop sessions for groups booked in for the weekend. This can be for adults or children and they can be contacted directly if you are looking for a different experience to enjoy at some point of the weekend.
