Policies
100% payment is required at booking
Dogs are allowed but must be kept on a lead at all times
Earliest check in is 2.00pm. Latest check in is 9.00pm. We kindly ask that you check out by 12.00pm.
Cancellation Policy - If you cancel 14 days before arrival we will refund your payment in full. Less than 14 days before arrival you lose your payment. Cancellations must be made by email.
We cannot promise that everyone in group can camp together, but we do allocate spaces for groups that have booked and told us so. It is helpful if one of a group arrives early and saves the space allocated.

No amplified music
Please remember to be quiet after 10pm
Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times
Don't put fire ash in the bin or hedge (leave it in the firebowl when you return it)

What data we collect:
When booking to camp we collect your name, email address, telephone number. When paying your deposit you also provide card details. With your written permission we may also use your photograph on our website and facebook page.
Why we collect this data?
This enables us to know who is booked on to the campsite and to be able to contact you if there is a problem you need to be notified about. We also contact people before their arrival date to check if there is any extra’s they are interested in. Customers pay a deposit to secure their booking.
Who do we share your data with?
We share your data only with “Inn Style” booking system where all your information is held. We will never share your data with any other organisation to use for their own purposes.
We will also share your data if
• We are legally required to do so by law, by a court
• To enforce or apply with the terms and conditions of your contract with us
• It is necessary to protect our rights, property or safety
How do we protect your data?
We protect unauthorised access to your personal data and prevent it from being accidentally lost, misused or disclosed by;
1. By holding all information on a password protected computer
2. Employing an ‘out-house’ booking system with its own rigorous privacy policy, as with stripe payments who handle card payments.
3. All booking details over the phone are kept in a locked cupboard and card details redacted when money taken
4. Card payment receipts taken in person for cream teas and camping are also locked up.
How long do we retain your data?
• Your details remain on the computer booking system, but if anyone wants them removed, we can remove them on request after your visit.
• Likewise your image will be removed from the website on request.
• Card receipts are destroyed at the end of the season.
Your rights with respect to your data
You have the right to:
• Request access, amend or correct your personal data by request
• Ask for any image on the website or facebook be taken down even if previously agreed
• Ask to have details taken off the system after your visit
